Hey, I’m Krissy
I’ve always dreamt of having paintings and heirloom portraits of my children hanging in our home. My love for photography began when my husband gifted me my first camera in 2017, but it wasn’t until I became a mother that I realized how important and precious these moments are. Like mine, your family’s images are guaranteed to become more special and precious with time. As part of our experience together, I will help you decide the best way for your family to enjoy your images, whether in the form of wall art, tabletop pieces, or albums you can enjoy browsing while snuggling your little ones on the couch. I wish I could freeze time, but since I can’t, I would love to capture and preserve your special moments before they are gone.
I’m a native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi and met my husband, Will, while in college at Southern Miss. We married in 2017, and moved to his hometown of Fairhope, Alabama. I absolutely fell in love with Mobile and the Eastern Shore! We now reside right in between Fairhope in Mobile in a little town on the bay known as Spanish Fort, Alabama. Although I first started this business in 2017, I became a full time photographer in 2020 after “retiring” from my career as a kindergarten teacher and becoming a stay at home mama to our two babies.
I have a passion for creativity and a long time love of the arts! I grew up in ballet, and the dance world became a very serious part of my life for many years growing up as well as throughout college. After graduation I became a teacher, and was able to create lesson plans, crafts, and fun projects for my students. When I left the classroom and became a stay at home mom, I felt as if I no longer had a chance to be artistic. Photography gave me the opportunity to continue my love of the arts while providing me with a creative outlet. I love creating tangible heirlooms for families to hang in their homes and enjoy for years to come.
